Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lino Drop Balls mobile application ("App") operated by us. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Lino Drop Balls is a physics-based arcade game where players drop colorful balls through mazes of pegs to land in multiplier slots. The App provides entertainment and may include virtual currency, achievements, and social features.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Virtual Currency and Items

The App may include virtual currency, items, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Important terms regarding Virtual Items:

• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• Virtual Items are non-transferable and non-refundable
• We may modify or discontinue Virtual Items at any time
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you
• You have no ownership rights in Virtual Items

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for Virtual Items. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Complete the transaction through the appropriate platform (Google Play, App Store)
• Understand that purchases are final and non-refundable
• Comply with the platform's terms of service

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lino Drop Balls and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to create, upload, or share content. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to grant the license for any content you submit.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting the App
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated means
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Sharing accounts or login credentials
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lino Drop Balls, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lino Drop Balls operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App.
